IPEX Castilla-La Mancha Toledo Commercial Registry CNAE 6920

Avenor Tax & Law is accredited by the Castilla-La Mancha Foreign Promotion Institute (IPEX), a body under the Regional Ministry of Economy, Enterprise and Employment of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha.

What IPEX is

IPEX is the public entity responsible for promoting the internationalisation of Castilla-La Mancha companies. Its accreditation network identifies professionals and firms with proven capacity to support outbound expansion processes: opening subsidiaries, customs management, tax compliance in foreign markets, and strategic advisory for companies crossing borders.

What the accreditation guarantees

IPEX accreditation is not an automatic seal. It involves a technical assessment that validates:

  • Documented experience in international operations.
  • Operational capability in at least one language in addition to Spanish.
  • Practical knowledge of the tax regimes applicable to Castilla-La Mancha companies during expansion.
  • Proven technical competence in the services for which the accreditation is requested.

In Avenor's case, the accreditation covers international taxation, legal advisory and bookkeeping for business internationalisation, with specific coverage in Spain, Italy and Mexico.

Practical value for the client

Companies headquartered in Castilla-La Mancha that use the services of IPEX-accredited firms may, under certain programmes and calls, access internationalisation grant and aid lines managed by IPEX itself.

Frequently asked questions

About accreditations.

What exactly is the IPEX accreditation?+

It is an official recognition issued by the Castilla-La Mancha Foreign Promotion Institute that validates a firm's technical and operational capacity to support business internationalisation processes. It is not a mandatory licence to practise, but an optional public validation with reputational value and, in some cases, instrumental value for accessing regional aid programmes.

Can I verify Avenor's commercial registry entry?+

Yes. Avenor Tax & Law SL is registered with the Toledo Commercial Registry under CIF B22633093. The filing was published in the BORME (Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry) on 16 July 2025, Bulletin 134, Reference 321608. Anyone may request a simple note from the Commercial Registry to verify the information.

Does the accreditation cover operations outside Spain?+

Yes. The purpose of the IPEX accreditation is precisely internationalisation, so it covers operations in foreign markets, including the jurisdictions where Avenor operates (Italy, Mexico and other markets through a professional network).

Under which regulations is professional secrecy with Avenor governed?+

All information shared with Avenor is protected under the professional secrecy applicable to the Spanish legal profession (Law 34/2006 and the General Statute of the Spanish Bar) and the confidentiality agreements signed with each client. For clients with heightened requirements, we offer additional specific protocols.

Does Avenor issue invoices with Spanish VAT?+

Yes. Avenor is a Spanish company with CIF B22633093 and issues invoices in accordance with Spanish VAT regulations. For services rendered to VAT-taxable persons established in other EU Member States or outside the EU, the usual place-of-supply rules apply and, where applicable, the reverse charge mechanism.
